EOFY $15,000 Cash Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Berwick Mitsubishi, LMCT 11915, ABN 38 604 272 086, located at 20–32 Kangan Drive, Berwick, VIC 3806.

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotional period runs from 12:00am on 30th May 2025 to 11:59pm on 30th June 2025.
  • To qualify, vehicles must be delivered by 6:00pm (COB) on 12th July 2025.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Berwick Mitsubishi and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Fleet, government, or rental sales are excluded.
  • Promotion applies to retail vehicle sales only.

4. How to Enter

Eligible customers will automatically receive entries as follows:

Qualifying Action Entries
Purchase of any new, demo, or used vehicle 1 Entry
$2,000+ in genuine accessories (new/demo only) +2 Entries
Purchase of extended warranty on a used vehicle +2 Entries
Finance arranged through Berwick Mitsubishi +2 Entries

Maximum of 10 entries per customer transaction.

Multiple eligible transactions are permitted and treated separately.

5. Draw Details

  • The draw will be held at 5:30pm on Friday, 18th July 2025 at Berwick Mitsubishi, 20–32 Kangan Drive, Berwick VIC 3806.
  • The draw will be conducted live in the dealership via a manual barrel draw, with the event also livestreamed online.
  • All entries will be placed into a single draw barrel.
  • The draw will first determine the Grand Prize winner, followed by the five Bonus Prize winners.
  • In accordance with Victorian regulations, entrants are not required to be present to win

6. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: AUD $10,000 in cash
  • Five Bonus Prizes: AUD $1,000 in cash each
    •

Total Prize Pool Value: AUD $15,000

  • All prizes will be paid via electronic funds transfer to a nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of winner verification.
  • Each entrant may win only one prize. If the same person is drawn more than once, a redraw will occur to ensure six unique winners.
    •

7. Notification & Publication

  • All winners will be notified in writing (via email and/or SMS) within 2 business days of the draw.
  • Winner names will be published on www.berwickmitsubishi.com.au and remain visible for at least 28 days.
    •

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and Berwick Mitsubishi marketing purposes only if consent is provided.
  • Entrants’ information will not be used or disclosed outside the terms stated here.
  • Berwick Mitsubishi agrees not to use entrant information for any additional purposes without explicit written consent.

9. Compliance & Record Keeping

  • This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Trade Promotion Lottery Guidelines issued by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
  • As no entry fee is charged and prizes are determined by chance, no permit is required.
  • Records will be retained for a minimum of 3 years, including:
    • All entries
    • Prize distribution
    • Financial accounts associated with the promotion

10. General Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
  • Substitution of a prize may only occur if:
    • The original prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, and
    • The substitute prize is of equal or greater value, and
    • The winner agrees in writing, or reasonable attempts to reach agreement have failed.
  • The promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.
